My 1984 110 atc will not idle down. Should the throttle slide be completely closed at idle? Mine is still open a little. I have tried every position on the needle and the cable doesnt seem to have any tension on it.

Wait.....what? That little o-ring in the carb kit...was that supposed to go on the pilot screw? I put it on the bowl drain screw. My pilot screw has nothing on it except for a spring.
