Gonna sound nuts but if you put a spark plug in the cylinder and another in spark plug wireand try check for spark there is none but if you take plug out of cylinder and leave other in plug wire it will spark? Pls help

Maybe you have a ground wire issue , check all your grounds .
Could also be your pulse generator gap , pull the CDI cover and check that , when the camshafts get worn that creates play at the cam journals and possibly when the spark plug is screwed in it causing extra pressures and loosing the gap needed to spark .

all been checked just had top end rebuilt didnt really thing about crank much lol but im saying if you take your plug and hold it to black and crank it u get spark but if u put one in cylinder were it goes and keep the other in the boot it will no long spark on the side of the case
