looks like a 77 or 78. ATC90s are great for kids to learn on, especially since you can keep the speed down by putting it in low range.

77 ATC90. Lots of mixed parts from later models. Looks like a 70-73 US90 seat cover and foam. 79-82 rear plastic fenders and a 85 or so shift lever. But all in all a good find.
