ATC 110 oil path to head?

I tried searching but not sure i am using the right terms..

Doing a rebuild on this 1985 ATC 110. And trying to figure out if the oil is coming through this hole (in red) or if it comes up the head stud and if so which one? Or does it come through the hole and then up the head stud?

I am trying to remove the head studs to clean them up but they are rusted/stuck. So hoping I can just leave them. I have been letting them soak for 24+ hours in penetrating oil and have also tried heating up around them with map gas and still cant get them to budge.
