You may not want to hear this, but it's my understanding that All Balls bearings aren't packed with grease very well from the factory and your should carefully remove one of the seals and put more grease inside them.
Looks good. How did it come apart? My axle is tweeked just a little (can't feel anything riding, just can see it on the stand), and I was thinking of pulling it and having it straightened. However with the fact that bearings are tight, and it looks like it would be rough getting it out, I'm leaning towards leaving it alone, lol.

Rookie question...how could you tell the bearings were bad? Play in the axle when on stand?

These type of bearings are NOT supposed to be filled with grease, and most certainly, not packed full.
This same basic information can be gleaned from other bearing manufacturer websites.
"In some instances, customers have requested that bearings be lubricated 100% full of grease. Excessive grease, however, is as detrimental to a bearing as insufficient grease. It causes shearing, heat buildup, unnecessarily high torque, and deterioration through constant churning which can ultimately result in bearing failure."
https://www.nmbtc.com/white-papers/i...ion-selection/
The recommended amount is often about 1/3, but that doesn't mean 1/3 of what can be seen. The total volume behind the seals accounts for the ball tracks, the bearings and the cage, which is generally only known by the manufacturer. When properly filled, it can appear there is very little grease in them.
There is no need to pop seals on new, quality bearings unless someone is just wanting to risk damaging the seal.

All Balls are China bearings and made to low standards. Some of their stuff I will use but not in a motor or high speed application.
I prefer SKF bearings, they last as long as any Japan made bearing.
I'm in the process of putting together "kits" with Japan bearings and USA made seals. Right around AB cost but better materials, no sticker or fancy logo, sorry.
I also have China bearings that will be 30% cheaper than AB, again, no fancy crap with it
