    New bore, new jets?

I am reviving a 1984 honda atc 200es. The original cylinder bore is 65mm. I decided to get a new cylinder kit, but the bore is 65.5mm, which is the equivalent of having a jug bored out twice. Do I need to rejet my carb? My main jet is #95 and my pilot jet is #38. Thanks in advance.

No re-jetting needed unless your going with a high compression piston .

If you purchased one of those eBay 65.5 cylinder kits ? Those kits are for a different style motor , some guys say they’ve made them work by blocking off the timing tensioner hole . Just make sure the deck cylinder and piston heights are correct on the new parts .

Thanks for that info. I was worried about that, but I figured for $50 it wouldn't hurt to check. Back to the drawing board...
