Scored an 85 ATC70 for free!

Late last year I posted a pic of my 84 ATC70 that I restored in 2012 on another forum that I am a member of here in South Africa.
A member contacted me a week ago saying he was so impressed with the photo of the restored trike and he had an 85 that I could have for free!
Problem is he is very far away from from where I am situated(879 miles).
I got some shipping quotes but they were fairly expensive, but then my brother's wife's cousin lives 20 minutes away from where the trike was and he agreed to collect it and store it for us until my brother and his wife go up that way again on holiday.
From the pics it looks pretty good in my opinion, my concerns are rust in the fuel tank, exhaust and seat pan as the area where it is a humid tropical climate near the sea.
The guy reckoned it last ran 8 years ago.

Nice score. The price was right even if there is a few issues that need to be fixed. If you decide to part it out - a few $$ there.

    Nice.

People here used to give trikes away fairly often, to people they knew would get them running again. Not so much anymore.

The fenders look pretty good, front one looks like it has some heat damage from touching the motor which is very common on the 70's, on my 84 one of the previous owners had just cut the last part of it off!
Instead of fixing the bent frame.
A new rear fender is very expensive to ship to South Africa, and a plastic fuel tank is also expensive.
My 84's tank was badly rusted inside although not leaking, I had it coated inside but small pieces of rust still seem to come out occassionaly but a good paper fuel filter stopped them from getting stuck in the needle and seat.
