    Seems about right.

Maybe post some more detailed pics, and possibly next to a OEM one.

Here is my second prototype. I am almost to the finished product. I just have to increase the line width to get rid of the line marks on the top and then sand for a smooth finish. I dont think people would buy this if they could see lines. Dont have pictures of the oem one, I gave it back to the owner two days ago.

Are you also offering the rubber latch and the two hinges as well?

I bought two of these when they were offered many years ago. Not sure if there would ever be a run of these repops again.

Ha! I thought the lines were intentional, like on a 200ES trunk lid that has a similar pattern.

    I haven't looked at a 125 trunk lid in a while and didn't realize they're smooth.

I dont have a heat gun but have used a hair drier and it tends to warp the plastic before smoothing.

Ok I’ve tried on on some parts but from what I found it depends on layer thickness if you see the infill lines or not. But yea it might warp that big of a area. The harbor freight heat guns work good for the price.

What material is it made from? Original is a bit rubbery. Are you sure the printed part will hold up, withstand UV, etc.?

It is printed with pla, is clear coated in plastic coating that this uv resistant, and is very sturdy.

The mail lady delivered it today and I've already installed it. I've got a new rubber strap ordered, but it hasn't arrived yet.

It fit great and now there isn't a gaping hole on the rear of the 110. That was all it needed to have a finished look.

Here's a pic of the 110 it went on:

Overall, a pretty clean and complete 110, if not wholly OEM. That missing trunk lid was really bugging me, and it's not even my trike.

That was a pic from earlier, and it's been sitting a while, so the rest of these show it dusty.

The biggest thing I want to point out is the crappy way the metal seat pan is designed. The very rear of it is just thin, flat, sheet metal, so it bends easily, and this one was bent. When I first put the lid on, it was obvious. I removed the seat from the fender to straighten it, but that wasn't really necessary, because the metal is so thin. Just an FYI for anyone with one of the 110/125 trikes. That's probably why so many of the lids end up broken and missing. The seat back gets bent, and someone tries to force the lid open.

Yes, there is the provision for the rubber strap. I have one on the way, but it wasn't here in time for the install.

A shout out to Mike33 for printing these up. He got it shipped pronto and it installed and fit like it should. Mike33, maybe you could do custom ones with patterns or even logos/words on them? That would be trick.
