    Atc200 front wheel damage

So I was out today and hearing a clunk from the front. Got it home and found the front wheel was loose. The front wheel mounting holes are egged out, and the studs on the hub are damaged.

I've had this machine 2 weeks and this is my 2nd time out with it, so it looks like it's come loose before. There were all sorts of washers stacked on the mounting nuts.

The hub looks like an easy fix, knock out the studs and weld in some M8 bolts, right?
For the wheel, I was thinking to move the 4 bolts that hold the rim half's together, to the rounded out set of holes (with additional washers) and use the other 4 holes to mount the wheel to the hub.

Does this sound like a good fix, or am I doomed to find a new front rim?

Sorry, just realized I can't post attachments yet. I do have a photo of this...

Post 7 more times and I think you’ll be able to posts pics.

Shouldn’t be hard too replace your hub studs and if you went up 2mm in diameter could you not drill out the holes in the rim to fit?
    It sucks to get old
