quick question, what's involved doing a membership? I'm so old school, I don't do social media etc.
I love the trouble shooting videos and the how to videos. I don't recall you doing a video on a actual stator replacement, unless I missed it. I just replaced one on my 200x and thought it might be something for one of your future videos. jim

Hey Jim, I have not done a stator replacement video yet, nut that's a good idea.
The membership thing is something new youtube is doing, they want a pay per view kind thing. They want us to make members only content and promote it.
They want 3 tier levels, I didn't agree with that so I just made one. I want to be sure and give a good value so I am giving every member 2 decals ($8 regular price) with free shipping for $6
plus I have been making member only content, post and videos about my bigger plans for the channel and things like that. Membership is kinda behind the scenes.
its $6 per month you can cancel anytime after the first month. I plan to do a give away each month (not always tires) to give my members a good value for their dollars.
Thats the skinny on it really, I dont know what else to do really to add value. I have some shirts and other merch in the works, I will extend a discount to members on such items

As always, good job. However, this seemed to be much more complicated than the one you did on the 200E. Is the process not basically the same?

It was very late last night when I got to watch so I might have just made it complicated?

Its the same, This one fought me, it had a lot more damage than expected and I wasn't in my normal shop, I actually changed two guides after rebuilding and finding another one cracked, I did this job almost 3 times, so it may have seemed like a lot more work, but yes its the same job.

it's amazing how delicate a chunk of aluminum in a motor really is.
With your 350x collection, you should run a few ads on your local craigslist or offer up for 86 to 89 350 foreman. Guys with a dead old quad don't realize how much these top ends cost us 350x owners. I had a guy sell me one for 250 bucks, no plastics or seat. had bad rings. jim

Hey patriot1,
I'm going to chalk it up to a bad trans. I think it was getting in a bind when in neutral, when it was in gear with or without the clutch engaged it was easy to kick. I'm just glad to get it out of my life. lol
