Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all charges...

I glad the the jurors saw thru all of the prosecutions B.S., although I really think the judge should have slapped the prosecutions peepee.

Of course the MSM is all up in arms from what I hear. I may have to tune in for the 6:00 news just to savor the taste of liberal tears with my beer.

Godspeed Kyle!! And watch yer 6!!

It wasn't about the incident, it was an attempt by liberal extremists to attack self defense and the 2nd. Essentially, they're socialist stooges because their emotions overpower their intellect.

The aforementioned extremists are totally nuts and have no grasp on reality. They're a danger to themselves and the American public.

I am glad that reasonable minds prevailed, but the fight is real and those wackos need ran out of this country. Remember, a lot of the high profile ones said they'd leave this country is Trump was elected. Need to hold them to that. Citizenship in North Korea ought to show them what their dreams are made of.

Exactly! They haven't been able to ban or physically take the weapons, so start punishing/incarcerating the people who defend themselves.

Watching this one from outside your border and hearing people’s opinions is a real eye opener.

I have yet to speak with anybody outside the States that agrees with the verdict.

People just don’t seem to understand your Second Amendment. They see somebody with a gun who’s not in uniform, at a range, or in the bush and completely freak out.

What’s really scary is how many seem to think that opinion supersedes law:

“I don’t care if the law said he could have that gun and use it on people who were attacking him, he still killed them and needs to be punished.“

You don’t like the law? So change the law, but not in the middle of a court proceeding.

What blows my mind is that over these past few years during all these various riots that no shop owners have ever armed up and mowed down the section of the mob that was vandalizing their taxed properties with a shower of lead.

From what I can see on my TV screen, if there’s any laws that need to be changed in your country it’s the ones that pertain to protesting. Somebody needs to define the difference between a protest, and an all out riot and what rules apply when one brakes out, for both law enforcement and property owners.

Right now you guys are in the middle of the January 6 investigation which looked pretty tame compared to other “protests” over the past few years. I don’t suppose there’s any political motivation there?

Maybe the law should be changed so that it’s only illegal to protest if you don’t take an appliance home afterwards as a souvenir? But there was the one person alleged to have taken a computer on January 6, so by that standard they would be exonerated.

Anyway, there seems to be some buzz in the media around having the feds figure out someway to strip Kyle of double Jeopardy protection and put him back on trial in the federal court system. WTF???? Apparently white on white killing is now considered a hate crime? If that’s the new standard, the courts are going to be pretty backed up with B on B cases.

So changing gears, I’m thinking there may be a way to help Kyle pay off any future legal fees. My idea it’s to make life-size cardboard cut outs of him wielding a weapon and place them in front of stores in areas where rioters are expected. We could call them “Scarekyles”

crazy thing is the one guy that admitted pointing a gun at him and getting shot in the arm is a convicted felon and not allowed to have a gun yet this guy hasn't been charged as a felon in possession of a gun.
look at the couple waving guns to protect thier homes in a gated community. they get charged yet the rioters don't get charged for anything. maybe we need to change the law so we can go after any attorney generals that have a big against conservatives. jim

Ever since “Trevon could’ve been my son” the party in power has been trying to influence your judicial system regardless of right or wrong.

I’m worried that this Rittenhouse verdict will lead to more and more people crossing state lines. Eventually it may get so out of hand that they’ll build a whole system of highways going from state to state. This is the Pandora’s Box that this case opens. Scary stuff.

A large part of that is the modern US culture of self-righteousness. It's more pervasive than you may realize.

Self-righteous criminals with weapons threaten and kill every day in the US and nary a eye is batted because the overwelming majority of the US population would have to hold themselves responsible. That ain't going to happen.

I'll give you a common example.

A irresonsible driver eventaully looses their license because of their own behavior but they still drives because they are self-righteous. They are by definition, a criminal. This criminal is speeding down the road and gets behind a law abiding driver going the speed limit. The criminal takes it personal and uses their vehicle as a weapon in an attempt to intimidate the lawful driver to speed up by tailgating them. The criminal knows they'll most likely get away with it, because even if the law abiding driver broke the law and brake checked them the criminal would possibly get a new car out of it even if they weren't legaly supposed to be on the road in the first place.

Taking it to a broader application is all the licensed and insured drivers who speed and tailgate regardless of those two actions being large contributors to tens of thousands of deaths every year in the US. They continue to act that way because they are self-righteous. The law abiding driver be damned. All the roadside crosses be damned.

Further still, many of those drivers would remark 'they deserved it, shouldn't have been on the road' (Rittenhouse shouldn't have been there mindset) when a cyclist is hit and killed even though the cyclist was completely within their legal right to use the roadway. The self-righteous attitude of the US driving public allows them to kill with impunity because judges and lawyers are drivers too.

That mindset of the felon carrying the gun and attacking Rittenhouse can be seen daily on US highways, but since the majority of US drivers habitually break the law, they turn a blind eye so they don't have to look inward. In their self-righteous mind, everyone else is the problem and they deserve what they get.

I get a laugh out of the hypocisy of those drivers with specialized plates like teacher, fire fighter, coalalition against domestic violence, choose life, and not least, disabled, who drive with complete disregard for the safety of everyone else on the road. Dang it man, they must be awesome spouses and parents.
