    350x timing

Doing a top end on 350x. Cant see the t mark on the flywheel because of some rust. Is the t mark at tdc? I dont have a stator cover gasket and dont want to pull it without one.

There are several places to check.
    yes T on flywheel
piston is at top of stroke
cam lobes are in the down position
the 2 horizontal lines on the backside of the cam sprocket are level
the dimple right of the bolt holding the cam sprocket on is 12:30
and the two bolt holes in the cam sprocket are vertical straight up and down.
if all this is correct then its timed correctly
