    1980 ATC 110 Selling price??

Grew up riding a 1985 ATC 110. Over the past few years been getting into finding non running 110’s, getting them running and selling them to people to want to enjoy them. Came across a 1980 110 the other day that needed a new CDI and got it going. It’s in pretty decent shape. Has the original lights and they work. Aftermarket seat and fender. Definitely been out in the sun for a while, for instance, the kill switch and handlebars have sun wear. But mechanically runs great. I was wondering if any of you had an idea of what would be a reasonable price I could ask to sell it for.

The prices are all over the board. I've got a 1980 ATC110 that I'm doing a full restore on right now. I bought it many years ago, though, and paid about $200 for it. I see them anywhere from $500 up to $2000. Anything is only worth what someone is willing to pay. Make sure you start higher than what you want. Yours has quite a few parts on it that are not from a 1980. I'd do a Craigslist search and get an idea of what people are trying to get, keeping in mind that most of those higher priced ones are never going to get anywhere near what the sellers are asking. If I got around $1200 for mine, after doing a total restoration, I'd be really surprised. We'll have to see. The 110s aren't 250X's or 350X's. The quad-head cult far outnumber our little group of 3-wheeler enthusiasts, so there's a limited amount of potential buyers out there interested in our vintage beauties, not to mention the influx of cheap Chinese quads that have flooded the market. It's hard to justify buying a forty-something year old three wheeler for $1500, when someone can buy a brand new Chinese quad for about the same price, or just slightly more, even if they are a piece of junk, which they are.

I started on 3 wheels and I'll die on 3 wheels
