Trx/atc or cr flywheel

Good day all,

I was wondering if someone could tell me the difference in the atc and the cr 250 flywheel? I am trying to confirm that I do have the atc on my atc. I would post a pic but don't know how thanks

Cr flywheel is small and the Atc flywheel is much larger .
