185s will only start if I blow air in the carb

82' 185s with 223cc big bore kit

The bike was rebuilt top end but will not start

The only way to get it to run is to grab my blower and idle air straight in to the carb and it will start 1st pull but won't stay running after I pull the blower away anyone got any idea

Side note it has a new carburetor with a #110 and a #42 I have more jets from my 85 shadow (I did take it apart to clean) and it has160psi

When I did the top end I couldnt figure out which side the rings face

The rings had a B and BW on them I assume they letters were supposed to be face up it may or may not have anything to do with it my problem

To me, it sounds like you're running rich since you have to force feed extra air into your engine. The "new" carb probably doesn't help much either. They are known for being difficult, to put it mildly. Another possibility is that your valve clearances may not be right.
