350x mudflaps would be cool. Or maybe copy some of the hondaline over-fenders.

Hi, I'm looking at reproducing a few parts via molding. Any suggestions on the process and possibly what material to use for the plastic?
Thanks, Mike

How about clutch adjustment covers for 250ES and 250SX? I know of one other person/company making them, but they are like $50 once you factor in shipping. Not sure how big of a market you would have, but I see these missing from machines quite frequently. You'd have a customer in me for at least one!

I'll have to look into all of these ideas. They seem intriguing for sure. I currently have a 3d printed mold made for a big red headlight wire grommet that ill try out. I've also been experimenting with some other 3d printed peices, such as plastic cable guides and fork dust seals for the 200e big red.
