    Front sprocket question

Hello everyone I recently bought this 81 atc 200 without H/L and was wondering if you need the retaining plate or whatever it’s called that sits in front of the front sprocket ? Or can I just bolt it into place? I bought it without the three bolts and just noticing also missing the plate/flange. Hopefully someone can answer this quick as I’m going camping this weekend and my only option is Welding the f’er in

You will need the "football" shaped plate bolted onto the outside of the sprocket. It should be fairly common even on the Honda XR200R and CRF230F dirt bike. I bet you can find a dealership that has one.
Put your butt on the inside fender or end up on the ground!
