I have a 1986 250sx with a bassani pipe on it that is badly rusted and corroded i need to replace it cause its roting pretty bad, i mean it runs but just looks bad. so i was wondering if anyone had any ideas.

is that my only choice i mean if so how could i go about fixing the bassani i mean it is rusted and i think i could get the rust off then paint it but how would i get all that rust off. it doesnt have a baffle in it or a spark arrestor. any advice on that? i was thinkin i could put like a big Sparky on it.
