This is the same one I have for my '87 Big Red. See "Readers Rigs" page 20. It bolts onto the front rack. This particular one is in GREAT GREAT GREAT condition. In fact, it still has the original mounting instructions! And of course, the mounting hardware. A really nice rarity, and I personally use mine all the time.
