Looks like a photo form a Honda shop in 84! I wonder if it's not some type of entertainment company or something. I know at our local fair, the cops ride around on mint 250ES Big Reds! They get ridden around the fair a week a year, and put back in to storage. At the NYS Fair, they use to haul the trash trailers around with 3 wheelers when I was a youngster. Wonder where they ended up?>
