    Stole a tecate on ebay.

    Dont know if anybody saw this one cause it didnt last long. It is totally original
    with not a single nut or bolt out of place,rare for a tecate. First year too.

    Geeez you are lucky I did not see that first. Nice find. Hey is that the illusive Tecate with white plastics my father use to tell me stories about when I was a kid? lol or is it just a tad faded. Either way it's cool.

    I just took another look at it and seen it is less than an hours drive from me. I think I might know who had it. I have bought stuff from him before, pretty nice people.

    Found it, he has an 86 for sale also. It looks like the 87 has been ridden hard and put away wet No plastics and sounds like it needs parts to be trail worthy. It is probably worth fixin up since it is an 87 model. Maybe, if it goes cheap! But probably will end up as a parts bike.

    Wow!!! I have NEVER seen plastic that faded before. Looks like it's been sittin outside since 85. Might as well just paint the radiator guard white and be done with it.

    It is faded for sure just like all kawi plastic does when left out. I've had a couple green
    prairies that looked the same way. Plastic turns powdery on top and is green if you scratch it down. No matter, I'll bide my time for decent plastic cause this ones worth doin right.

    I just checked here a bit ago and now there is another 87 thats closer, which one was you talkin about? This one thats closer is in better shape for sure. I think I'll go bid on it and try and see the reserve price.
