    how long does it take for an item to be taken off your feedback score? mine says

    Feedback Score: 18
    Positive Feedback: 100%
    Members who left a positive: 18
    Members who left a negative: 0
    All positive feedback received: 20

    i think it should be the total and not the way it is now.
