Does anyone know, or has anyone used a rear spring off of a CR500 on the stock shock body. I'm not positive but I believe that the CR500 had a stiffer spring than the 250r both being stock. Just curious as I may have access to a CR500 rear spring.

I'm not sure about whether it will fit or not. Mine is an aftermarket Ohlins shock and the spring is much longer than the stock R spring.

Measured the forks a little closer today. I got 3 1/2" difference in length between the 2. Going with a 21" front tire on a 10" wheel will get me to a dif. of 2 1/2". Still pondering how to get it to be closer to stock. I would guess that the CR forks will sag a little more from the weight of the trike.

Hey Derrick, did you measure from end to end, or from the axle mount hole to the top of the forks? I made that error when I was comparing forks before..
