Found some random video on youtube with kawis a while back, so I posted it on vintagesleds and the one guy on there said he was contacted by the company to use a picture of one of his kawi sleds for the cover art. Supposed to be available in the US sometime soon?

I know where there is about 40 to 50 kawi sleds sitting in a storage yard. all the same. been there for as long as I can remember and the guy wont part with them. lol you could keep one running for years with all the sleds that are there.

I've had an old Drifter sitting in my back yard for as long as I can remember. The thing is seized and the bars are twisted like you wouldn't believe.

My buddy and I have (2) 1979 and 1980 Kawasaki 440 invaders. These things are freaking quick for a little 440..

My buddy has a 1979 and 1982 440 kawasaki sleds. They are light and fast. They are his back up sleds when buds come over, behind his Yamaha 700 triple. Those 440s' rip!

I remember delivering the paper on my paper route to the local kawasaki dealer (Ruttmans Kawasaki, the same family as ruttmans that run in Nascar ). Every winter they'd get rid of most of the bikes and put the sleds out. I recall vividly when they put out the 440 and 550's on the showroom floor, and used to have to wipe the drool off my jaws as I walked by to Mr. Ruttmans office to give the paper to his secretary. Great memories. That dealership has much to do with my love of all motorized toys.
