I have recently found out that arctic cat made a "King Cat" back in the early 70's,I have only been able to find one picture of them, they had 800cc's and 4 cylinders, if anyone has anymore info or pics of these beasts I would like to know and see some more pics.

the king kats were made in 71-73, i had a 73 kingkat but my grandfather took it back after i restored it for him( he raced it back in the day for team arctic) but they came with 3 diffrent motors and were baqsed on the puma short chasis, they wer ethe largest machine made up until 1989. they had a 4 cylender herth, a a 4 cylender jlo and the real raceones are the 3 cylender rockwell's, there was only 6 mad ein 73 witht he 3 cylender rockwell motors, thew were down right nasty. i have ridden the 73 before. it killed my zr589efi. i also have a 72 and 73 ext, and also have 1-6 turftigers mad eby arcticat for gras drags only. thats somethign you shoudl try and find info on.

Yeah Me and a buddy like half restored a 760 JLO Panther? i think it was, was a beast. duel cherry bombs looks alot like the king kat, but with a closed hood and 2 cyl.
