thats what i was thinking! Ive kicked many 500s and the for shure dont compare to a 200x!

there is just a trick to it. all of the cr500 forums talk about it but i just figured it out!! it is not that easy to kick but it will start with one kick

no, you get it where the piston starts to come up and then kick the _&*(_*&_ out if it.

I've tried that on mine and it doesnt work...I know some of the later CRs (Maybe yours too?) have indentations above the exhaust ports in the sleeve that help releive some of the compression and make it easier to kick.

That looks sweet man, I know about kicking those 500r's over. Besides the trikes, I run an XR 600 with a big bore 642 kit with a 10.5 compression ratio...so I know about kicking over a tough motor. Can't wait to see that thing fly!!

200x basket is getting me wanting to do this to a 250r.Do you guys see a big hole that a 500 motor can go in? anyone have a extra 500 motor laying around?
