4 Wheels? Huh?
guys i need some help again. when i drive my 3 wheeler it runs like crap (slugish) until you pin the gas then it clears up. what could it be? it lets out exhaust that smells like a tractor pull. someone told me its running rich. if its any help it back fires when i give it gas. the air screw is set 2 1/4 turns out. that is what the book says to set it at.
i am begging you guys i need help. it seems like every time i get it running it takes a crap again.
down to parts because i no longer have a place to ride trikes.

you said it was running fine for a while. maybe you keep getting metal bits from the tank in the carb. do you have a filter screen on there.

Does it backfire from the carb or out the exhaust------
From the carb is too lean --out the pipe is too rich----
Sounds like the float is set too high,
Buy American! Unless your only option is a HARLEY.
