400EX trike
I've just been wondering if anyone has ever transplanted a 400EX motor in a 350X or 250R trike frame. I never hear much about anything like that so just wondered if anyone has ever seen it or has any pics of a ATC 400EX project. I already have a good running 350X, so it's not a project idea, just a thought I had.

i thought about it but the 400ex doesnt make that much more h.p. than the 350x so i am oing to just install powroll kit and i different carb (maybe off of a 400ex)

yea, it's just some hair-brained thing i was thinking about. A 450R-ATC project would be more extreme.. I'm sure someone, someday, will build a monster like that.

Lately I have wanted to take a 400ex, and turn it into a trike! I thought that would be cool to have a 2006 honda three wheeler.

Someone here has done it... A older member I believe but they used the 400EX frame and made the neck for a trike.

Mr.ATC AKA Black Sheep is almost finished with his 450r, he's hacked up a new quad and doing it right for a fresh change. All the "Johnny come lately's" with the 400ex's are nothing but a quick slam job to try and slip in on his idea just to say they did it first....you can check out the thread over at 3wheeler.org

Black sheep isnt the first to kill a quad. Brapp for example aready has chopped up a blaster into a trike and did a great job of it way before ATc came along with that idea. ATC isnt the first nor the last
