mine did the same and its not carb or valve clearance both are good any ideas?
for my 200s, i could go maybe 10mins on WOT then it would spit and miss and chugg... finally had enough, i took the carb appart and cleaned it AGAIN..still did the same, so i played with the throttle needle and air/screw setting, throttle needle is currently set at the last notch at the top, and air/screw set at approx 2 3/4 turns out. runs fine doesnt miss a beat, can go WOT for ever lol
okay il try that
ive put a differant carb on and it still dont run good
the valve clearances are good
the coil, cdi box, pulsar and all wires are good
its on time
has good gaskets
good piston rings and cylinder
great compression
carb cleaned
good venting gas cap
it runs fine idles good when you get going itl be fine, when it winds up it will sputter in all gears. il shut if off for a few seconds and it will run a bit better and then start to run bad again. when i say a bit it still sputters kinda. idk what else to do
I'm having this same issue. Will try suggestions
