got her on.it slipped on like i made it myself.everything lined up,and it sounds awesome.i got the bike fired up once before my kicker broke again.i guess i'll have to buy and modify something different.the new pipe has a very deep tone,and the motor sounds super crisp.hope it runs as well as it fits and sounds.heres a few pics. for comparision.

it was made for a atc 500r.the guy said it was built for a 85-86 250r with a 85-86 cr 500 motor.it fits great.

You broke another kicker? Jeeze. How is it beaking? That blaster kicker you modded hasn't given me even a hint of trouble. I need to get a new hole drilled for the check ball but otherwise its great. (course I do have the decompress)
