Do a search on ebay, I just got one for my YTM. With shipping it was $32.00

Whatever kit you get make sure to check the set sizes, as far as I know there is not a kit out there specifically for the YTM's, the ebay sellers just assume the YFM one will be the same but the jets are different in some cases. I bought the Timberwolf kit for my 200 (same needle valve) and it is working fine, the part #'s match up between the YTM 200, 225, and YFB 250. I think I was also able to use the throttle stop screw and gaskets. I think I had to reused my old jets; luckily they don't wear out all that fast. The kit is $19.99 from denniskirk where just the needle valve is $33 from Yamaha. One thing to note is the float does not come in the kit but unless it is cracked you shouldn't need to replace it.

I have attached the carb. spec. page from the manual. You can also check the on-line parts diagrams. You can neglect the "have" and "should have" on the scan, that was for my dad's trike.

Hello Dave,
The only thing I can get would be the bowl gasket. Sudco part number 007-999. $3.47 each. The rest of the parts would be Yamaha dealer items.

Have you gotten ahold of Yamaha themselves?
