I got a phone call from home and there is a package waiting for me on the workbench in the shop. From none other than Ronnie Hopkins. I will be home late this evening and plan to put it under the tree!

Ronnie you continually outdue yourself with every package I recieve

Ronnie your work is ridiculous! This stuff is so well done. Very very impressive I don't know what to say........speechless.

Here is a little update on the teardown process.

This is my new dilema. The swingarm bolt would not come out. I literally cut the swingarm clear off of the trike. I then stripped it down and removed the engine. After cutting one of the sleeves that was rusted solid on the swingarm bolt I proceeded to try and tap it out of the engine cases. No go, wont budge one bit. Has anyone had this occur before? How did you remove it? Press?

My Z wanted bling BAD so everything slid out nice . Usually you can heat up the nut/bolt but I dunno about being that close to the engine

Wheeliepop, I am worried about heating that aluminum something fierce. I am thinking cut the other end off and machine a fixture to press out the swingarm bolt out of the cases.
