    Question tri-z mods

    I want to make my Z way faster, what can i do? i have heard about the yz490 fitting in there but some thing about the motor not lining up with the rear sporket...any suggestions would be great!

    The yamaha wrench report in the link above, yz490 long rod kit in the Z's engine, have a big bore kit made for it, bigger carb, lightweight flywheel on ebay now, full dg exhaust, then you might need a longer swingarm or some wheeley bars

    Sprock 310 kit.Direct bolt on.Dont know if he has any left yet.But worth asking him.
