I know it needs cosmetics but everything besides the rear wheels and rbrakes is original. It needs a seat pan badly. I do not know if I should just ride the thing or restore it. I would appreciate everyones opinion. Thanks Mikey

looks nice... maybe not a full restore, but some plastic, seat by the mosh's, and some new powdercoating on the forks or even polished forks... that'd set it off...

Thats not that bad of a looking 250r. I would say just clean it up a little (seat pan, seat cover, either plastic weld the plastics or go with aftermarket stuff like maier, then a good detail job)and ride the bugger!
