I'd be careful about selling homemade shrouds to memebers on this site. god forbid they crack or dont hold up well. they lynch mob will be knockin at your door in no time!

What kinda chemicals or what's all involved in making these? (just outta curiosity)
there may be some that "lynched" him but not all of us...I have a set of his on my '86 and couldn't be happier. also Twilight making and selling these was discussed in another thread, this thread, it seems me, is a follow up to that thread.

Indeed, but one thing. I am anal about making things, so these will go through a lot of trials before I produce them in bulk

I have received a few e-mails about other parts. I can make smaller plastic parts with no problems thanks to the molds being small. But rear fenders and fronts I cannot.

A member here is sending me a Short Track Tank shroud to try and make one of those. the 200x are coming along fine. I cant seem to find the true coloration that honda uses, so anyone with that info would really be helping =)

if your going to use red, milano red is very close to the honda red color.

I believe it is Sunrise Red made by rustoleum that is a perfect match for Honda red. IDK how to convert that to plastic though......

Look at MAIER, there fenders are way off from OEM..... WHY? aside from a patent?
