The wildest mod on a 125m ever!!!

    Well not that wild........

I've never been a fan of the rubber foot pegs on the little Honda's so when I took off my 400ex pegs and replaced them with 450r pegs I got an idea. I just cut off the mounts on the 400ex pegs, cut back the steel ends of the 125m pegs and welded them together. Not sure if it's "Mad Scientists" worthy but let me tell ya, it's 10x better now with some grip and I haven't even sharpened them yet! We're talking a real cheap mod here with sexy results people. If you notice in the second pic my lack of lighting and can help, let me know............ hint, hint.

That would come in handy. I have this bad habbit of letting my feet dangle off the pegs and I managed to hook a tree trunk buried in the sand when we were riding the river and bent my ankle past 180 degrees. It tingled for a while but I was ok but the spring loaded pegs would have prevented all that. I wonder how hard it would be to put 200S pegs on a 125.

Do you get a lot of engine vibrations in the stock rubber foot pegs? When I get my 125 wound out tighter then a fiddle string the pegs vibrate so bad it becomes uncomfortable to keep my feet resting on them.

I didn't really have a vibration problem and now that they're solid steel I still don't notice anything. As for your spring loaded pegs anything is possible with the right tools.......
