Well after having my rear end all put together I had to take it all apart two stick in my new axle that I just got yesterday. So I decided to see which axle do you think looks better the all black one or the goldish one?

I for one like the goldish silver...it contrasts with the rims.

it's all about the main color with just small amounts of contrast

I agree. too much black and it's hard to see all the detail of all those clean parts. The silver breaks it up better IMO.

Goat I haven't touched this bike since I put the new axle in. Things have been very hectic around here lately but I'm hoping to get back on the project real soon

    Cool update 10/25/09

Will here is a long overdue update on this project. Thanks to GKING a member here on the board who does fantastic work and taking the time and polishing some parts I sent to him I can now start rolling forward to completing this bike. Tomorrow I will be finishing up my fully rebuilt rear shock putting my front forks legs back together as well and hooking up the oil cooler & lines to the engine. So I will have pictures for you tomorrow on my progress

    Andrew

The work that GKING did for me
