110 & 125 Buyers Guide

My wife has been asking (a lot lately) if we can get her a 110 or 125. Heck ya we can!!

Problem is, there are a few differences in the model years, and between the two sizes, that I have trouble keeping straight in my head.

With the renewed popularity of the 110 this year, and in support of the triking community, I decided to create the ATC110/125 Buyers Guide.

Let me know if I left any important details off the checklist. Feel free to print this out and keep it in your wallet for easy reference.

I will be selling an '84 125m here in the next month or so. I have noticed they are not all that popular/common, and it seems I am about the only one bidding on parts for it on eBay lol.

I just bought a pair of 110s (80 and 81) for $50 here in GA. I think I got a great deal...one is running (lots of smoke) the other is missing a few pieces.

Anyways...a few differences that I've found so far between the two....
'80 has a round headlight, '81 has a square headlight
'80 has points, '81 has CDI
'80 has a shallow pull cord assembly, '81 has a deeper dish on the pull cord assembly

BTW, on your attachment, what does sweet and super sweet stand for?

That is helpful info too. Rewinding pull starts is no fun (especially with springs launching the internal parts all over the garage).

Ride an '86 or '87 and you will find out why they deserve a "super sweet" rating.
On a scale of 1-5, they all get four stars in my book, except for the second generation 125's, which get five stars and a bag of chips.
