years ago (prob about 10) at the beach in OC NJ i 1st saw these and an old guy 60+ was riding it...10 years later he still has 2 of them in OC NJ...they are weird but look kinda fun?

I think its the coolest looking moped! Bad news is that when I got there he couldnt start it =\ i told him I would wait and let him know later.
Parts on eBay are hard to find.
