Put new Honda grips on the 200x, i like the feel of the honda grips even if they are more expensive. Sat on it and smiled.

Put my LED Cree headlight on, went to cycle center and put on the new knobbies for summer riding , picked up razor paddles which I'm going to adapt to fit the trike, new chain and sprockets, just got done riding and testing for the day.
Well, not so much what we did today..more like the whole weekend....
A few years back the Barrett clan inadvertently started a new tradition of having a campout/ATVing weekend at my parents. All 4 of us kids, our spouses, and all of our kids get together at Mom and Dads with wheelers, tents, and campers usually in the first couple weeks of June.
Just got home from that little event a bit ago. I brought the wife's 350x, my Big Red, my 250r (the one that has been giving me intermittent issues, but more on that to come) and our newest addition of the '84 125M.
We had alot of fun, and the kids got Dad's trails broken in quite nicely! LOL!
That R I mentioned above ran great for a bit, then it started to not want to take any throttle again for a brief minute. I ended up trimming my spark plug wire and re-installing the plug cap for a start. So far it has been good since.. But I need to run it more before I get to confident that I fixed it. I have a good coil coming from Cesarthethird (thanks buddy!) and if the problem persists I'll keep working my way upstream till I find the bad component. One thing I am pretty confident of at this point is that the problem is ignition related..
So anyway, I took the opportunity to get a few pics of most of the machines lined up. The white 350x and Quadsport belong to my brother and his son, respectively. My nephew really wanted his quad in the pic, so Uncle Joey obliged of course.

I finally got around to replacing my broken twist throttle & installed Magura grips on my tiger.
Installed a new battery in the 250sx and ordered a carb kit and new tires for it. Cut an inch off of both ends of the aftermarket handlebars and reinstalled the stock grips. Took it and the 110 out for a spin.
Never forget the past , but dont dwell on it.

Also ordered a new carburetor and air filter for it. The old carb is leaking and it won't idle right.

Cleaned off the years of dirt accumulated on the KLT160. I think the previous owners believed the mud would keep it
safe from rust. Now to get all new wiring and cabling in so I can get it running....I hope.
