    I own a 1984 Ytm 200k, I'm thinking of trying out a 2 stroke, Anyone know what the 175's are like? Compare to the 200.

    The 175's are kind of a rough ride with the solid rear end but are FAAST. I had one SMOKE and I mean S M O K E my 225dx which has been clocked at 59 on dry pavement. He had me from the start and had a good bit more top end than I did. He actually gave a yamaha blaster a real good run for his money. Got any pics?

    After all the years ive been on 3WW I dont know if ive ever posted in this thread.. I use to have a yami 200e, and a 225DRS, both gone a few years now.. but now i have a trizinger.. the superzinger, which is aa 125 chassis+ zinger chassis + a 175 motor, throw in a welder and a few beers and you get the idea.. and a 85 1/2 black and red triZ..
    Im still a KAWI guy but yamis are finding their way into my shop.. lmao

    Hello all,

    I'm new to this thread, but not to 3 wheeler world. Anyway, I just picked up an original 1986 Yamaha 225DX. The machine was sitting for 24 years so I changed all the fluids (engine & differential), air filter, spark plug and battery. The carburetor was badly corroded inside so I need to replace that. I was able to get the machine running briefly to see if it will shift through all the gears, and it did

    ill play along. i have a 85 ( i think) 200e i fixed up and a 86 225dr but it has a 200er engine....on a brighter note i just made a deal for a timberwolf motor

    i had a bunch of yamaha trikes from the zinger to dr dx, yt 125 and 175, 200 chain drive. no pics right nowi have three dx and a zinger and a parts bike yt125
