Are there any trike frindly racing leagues out here on the west coast and are trikes allowed to race in the baja or best in the desert serries? Any info would be greatly appreciated

Okay, that is about what I had figured, nada, nothing, zip, zero and squat.


I'll pose a better question then. Is anyone on here a southern california rider? I'm not refering to the people that just bring their trikes out to the desert and sit around all weekend or think that 3rd gear is a perfectly suitable trail speed.
I mean is there any one out there that would think it would be awesome to race closed course and desert. I need to know if I would just be wasting my time trying to get something like that going.

The Baja won't let trikes in, a member here already tried.
If you want to race 3 wheelers, with 3 wheelers, make a visit to Ohio.

I think that we, the OTC people have been the only group that has successfully rallied enough troops and repore to sustain racing on a regular basis. There arent many west coasters on this site, though. You might try over on .org as they have a lot more west coast people over there.

Naw, even though California sucks in about everyway (socially and politically) we have the most awesome desert, mountain, MX, freestyle and dune scenes there are.
