Official Trikefest 2010 Video Commercial Contest! Win $$$
Alright everybody, Dave, (Gag_Halfront) suggested this idea to me the other night when I was talking to him. What we're going to do is give you guys the opportunity to make an awesome Youtube commercial. Here are the rules:
- Submissions must be completed by the end of May, 2010
- Finalists will be hand picked by staff.
- Voting to begin June 1st (On the main page). Voting to be completed by Midnight 6-19-10
- Video lengths are not to be longer than 1:30 in length (Who knows, might actually see this on TV one day?
)
- Videos's are to be in a television commercial style format, that is captivating and exciting to the watcher.
- Videos MAY have music
- Videos MUST be posted on youtube, with a link to www.3wheelerworld.com in the description, a long with a link to your submission thread (see below)
- You may use footage from somewhere other than TF, but the majority (Defined herein as more than 60% of the video time) must be from Trikefest.
- You MAY use other peoples raw TF video footage, with their permission.
- Videos are encouraged to be high energy, fast paced. But, humor goes a very long ways too.
- Remember, your voting block is going to be the membership of the forum. Criteria for voting should be, quality, relevance to the event, level of excitement it generates, how memorable the commercial is, etc.
- Vote tampering WILL NOT be tolerated
HINT: You might try contacting hadar, and buying one of those Trikefest DVD's if you need some footage to use!
All submissions must be placed in this forum, in a new thread, with the title name of your video.
The winner will receive $100, for their time and efforts, a long with a custom user title on the forum of their choice.
