I posted one about my tike not moving yesterday! So i said the hell with it and pulled it apart and it was the clutches where BURNT like bad. Well im trying to get it apart but i dont have the lock nut tool! Im not paying 70 bucks for someone to fix it when i know i can do it for just the price of parts. anyone know how to get thos lock washers off? without the tool

I think you can make a tool out of a piece of pipe? not sure but I think it shows that in the honda manual?

Just get a cheap 15/16th socket and grind/cut your own.
I've used mine quite a few times with no issues.....

14.00 on Dratv.com Then ya' got the right one for ever. Make sure you torque nuts correctly. Good luck Just put new clutch in my 84 200x, happy....very happy....:beer

^ Like most questions around here; Usually the person is staring at the part he wants to remove RIGHT NOW, with a workbench surrounded by chisels, ruined screwdrivers and a hacked up clutch nut :lol: and most aren't willing to wait 6 days for the correct tool.
I'm just as impatient and I make tools all the time in a pinch :D
