what engine oil are you running? i started running regular oil and it made my clutch slip on my x. Switched back to honda oil and that fixed mine, just a though.
If its not oil, i also have been interested in it as well. I plan on tearing mine down this winter and probably putting a new clutch in while im there.

make sure to replace springs too... that heat will kill them fast!!!

And add an extra steel plate. This beefs up the clutch a lot.

I'd get OEM or Barnett, I don't care for Vesrah clutch or brakes.....

Agree with DC. Put OEM back in mine and I am pretty happy!!

I have never seen a 200X basket come apart. My engines run a lot of power with no extra disc issues but each to their own.

well it was a 350 rancher basket and it came apart not sure if the extra disk caused it but it pulled very hard.
and what do u think about the ebc clutches?

They are OK. Most aftermarket plates etc come from the same factory and are rebadged.

I put a Vesrah kit in our 200x, no problems at all. Fiber plates, steel plates, and springs, works great, feels smooth, is holding up awesome.
