someone know where i can buy a new needle jet for my ATC250R 1985?
parts #16164-HE0-670 (Replace 16164-KA5-004)
From HONDA this part have been discontinued!!! :(

Is the needle jet wore out or missing? It takes a ton of hours to wear out a needle jet. Might be easier to just upgrade to a later flatslide.

i just want to rebuilt all my carb components, i have buy a carb kit few days ago but the needle jet is not in the kit...

In that case I would just reuse the one that came in it unless it is corroded. The genuine Keihin components are MUCH better quality than the stuff you get in those generic carb rebuild kits.
