Redone 1986 Yamaha 225DRS

Here are some pictures of my cleaned up '86 225drs. I did a little painting, put in a new piston, rebuilt the starter, put in new rear bearings. I got rid of all the rust. I thought I'd share some pics.

IMO, those 225's are some of the best trikes built. Not speed demons, but quick enough- and a TON of fun to ride. Looks good, and I like the gold!

yea i get alot of Quad riders telling me i can only push it to 60km/h but i do ride on the streets a little more then i should and i can blow by the cars doing 60. and its still pulling. my axle is a little bent so the ride gets a little wobbly once you get to that speed. i feel like i have had it at at least 75km/h before it felt like it would give out at all.
