89 yamaha warrior running like crap. help me plz

Hey all im new to the site. So here we go, i torn the wheeler down to replace, bearings all the way around, chain and sprockets. While it was torn down i cleaned the carb. put it all back together started up fine, no problems. the wheeler ran great before the tare down. Go to jump on it takes off fine, as you give it more than half trottle. in any gear it chokes out sputters. The plug is black, so i figured its running rich. i took the carb off twice, went back through it. no change tried new plugs nothing.
The bike is not stock by any meens. It has a full dg exhaust, oil cooler, stage 1 top end and its boarded about as far as you can go. i screwed with air fuel mixture, nothing. Spark is nice and blue. And it has a 145 main jet. and we tried numerous types of gas. and ideas would help thanks.

If it ran fine before tear down and you done no mods. I would tear the carb back down and reclean it. Make sure you blow it our with compressed air and look at parts diagram to make sure it is put back together perfectly.

k the only mod i really did is i went back to the stock teeth on the sprokets.
