I thought it was pretty cool, i guess down in AZ you can ride them on the streets!!:D

It says inc. top speed 8mph which probably means it increases the top speed by 8mph. I also don't see any blinkers....

In most states turn signals are not mandatory. The only things that are is brake light, tail light, low beam, high beam, horn, dot tires and one mirror. Here is a state by state regulations chart. Also three wheelers can be made street legal in most states as long as the state law states that a motorcycle is classified to have 3 wheels or less, which is most states if not all.
