hey guys i need some help...on my last riding trip the forks got bent on my 350x...and i know some of you guys have straightend your forks back out before...so can some one tell me the best way to do this...im very tight for cash so buying a new set it kinda not gonna work for me lol so id appreciate any help thanks

Use the search feature at the top of the page on bent forks . I use a 20 ton press .

i use my 30 Ton press and a set of v blocks. also have a set of rollor v blocks and a dial indicator so i can check runout of the tube. i can get them back to within a .001"

You can do probably do it with an arbor press!! It doesn't take much pressure but the pressure has to be applied in the right area and you have to bend pretty far past straight to get them straight again.
They almost always bend just below the lower clamps.
You need a press, 3 V blocks, a magnetic base with a dial indicator, sharpie and some patience :D
It's on the 1st few pages of my "20 day 200X build"
Maybe I should write something up (with pics too) and have the guys move it to the world class help forum...........??

I take mine to the muffler shop ... use a mandel pipe bender ... works good for me .. with the v-blocks ....

Put them on backwards and re-hit whtever you hit the first time:p

I'm with Bonkers on that one. I have access to different presses, but I've had the best luck at a muffler shop on their pipe bender, as stated above.
